Therapy for Individuals:
Members of the Creative Family Counseling team aim to help clients be their healthiest and truest selves. Your sexuality, sexual orientation, and gender identity are pieces of this puzzle and sometimes challenging ones. Concerns in this arena can shift relationships with family and friends and at times even lead to despairing thoughts of self harm. Here, you have a safe place to process the many feelings that arise around this aspect of self-discovery.
We agree to provide a safe and affirming space for people on any of the various points in ones journey to self discovery and expression. This includes using your preferred pronouns. We have team members who specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community members of all ages.
Therapy for Family Members:
Additionally, family members of an LGBTQIA+ loved one can obtain support through a therapeutic process with members of our team. Here family members can benefit from gaining understanding and maintaining relationships as a loved one embarks upon their journey of self-realization. Whether loved ones need individual therapy support and insight or a family needs support in the format of family therapy, our team can offer a place for both individuals and families alike to process emotions and find peace.

Our clinicians offer flexible availability for therapy, offered at both our Prospect Campus and our Louisville Campus. We also know that your time is valuable and that in-person appointments are not for everyone. No fear – your counselor can also meet with you Online via Telehealth!
