Jennifer Puckett, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience. I graduated from the University of Louisville with my BA in 2005 and then received my MSSW from the Kent School of Social Work in 2007. I have worked within the fields of juvenile justice, foster care and adoption, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. I am most passionate about my work with teenagers.

My clinical area of focus includes trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, child and adolescent behavioral/ emotional issues, school-related issues, PTSD, relationship/ communication issues, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation. I love to share mindfulness and relaxation exercises, meditation, organizational tips, goal setting, art, and journaling ideas with my clients. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. Therapy with me will include a focus on the positive aspects of your life and working together to retain a sense of stability and control. I also offer clinical supervision for CSWs.
