Erica Adams, LPAT, LPCC-S, ATR-BC provides School Facilitated Services at Oldham County High School. OCHS is located in La Grange, KY.

Erica believes that it is important to help children and their families find solutions that work for them, building skills and empowering students to be successful at school, home, and in the community.  School Facilitated Services are a unique opportunity for children and families because of the collaboration between Erica, school counselors, teachers, and other staff at OCHS.  SFS allows Erica to see your child while they are at school and removes a barrier to supporting your child’s mental health.

Erica has experience providing SFS to work on:

• Emotion regulation
• Classroom behaviors
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Social skills

Erica has worked with Oldham County High School since the 2024-25 school year and school facilitated services since 2023. She is there every other week, and offers telehealth & office based services at our Lyndon office when school is not in session or closed for snow days. In addition to sessions with the child and their parents, Erica works with the mental health consultant, Seth Ganshirt, and other school personnel as permitted and appropriate to create a holistic treatment plan and ongoing collaboration for each child.
